Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms of Use (“Terms“) govern your access to and use of the ASAS AI platform, including the website at ai.asddconcept.com, all related services, APIs, applications, and software products (collectively, the “Platform“), operated by ASDD Concept L.L.C. (“ASDD Concept“, “we“, “our“, or “us“), a limited liability company registered and operating in the State of Qatar.

By accessing or using the Platform, creating an account, or clicking “I Agree”, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference.

Definitions

• “ASAS AI” — the AI-powered engineering intelligence platform developed and operated by ASDD Concept L.L.C.
• “Anthropic” — Anthropic, PBC, third-party provider of the Claude AI models used by the Platform.
• “Content” — any text, data, files, drawings, calculations, reports, or other material you submit to or receive from the Platform.
• “Subscription” — a paid or free plan granting access to specific tiers of Platform features.
• “Token” — the unit measuring AI processing consumption, allocated per Subscription plan on a monthly basis.
• “Qatar Standards” — includes QCS, Ashghal, Kahramaa, QCDD, MOCI, UPDA, and GSAS frameworks.

Eligibility

The Platform is intended for licensed engineers, engineering students, technical professionals, consultancies, contractors, project management firms, and government entities involved in infrastructure or construction. You must be at least 18 years of age and possess legal capacity to enter a binding agreement. The Platform is primarily designed for users in Qatar and the GCC region.

Account Registration & Security

You agree to: provide accurate registration information; keep your password confidential; not share account credentials; notify ASDD Concept immediately of any unauthorised access; and accept responsibility for all activity under your account. ASDD Concept may suspend or terminate accounts where information is false or in violation of these Terms.

Subscription Plans, Payments & Token Quotas

• Billing. Subscriptions are billed in advance monthly or annually. Applicable Qatar taxes may apply.
• Token Allocation. Each plan carries a monthly Token quota. Unused tokens do not roll over. Enterprise plans may carry unlimited tokens subject to fair-use provisions.
• Renewals. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds. All fees are non-refundable except where required by Qatar consumer protection law, or at ASDD Concept’s sole discretion.
• Price Changes. At least 30 days’ advance notice will be provided. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
• Free Plans. Subject to daily message limits and reduced features. ASDD Concept may modify or discontinue the free tier at any time.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful, professional engineering purposes. You must not:

• Generate false, misleading, or fraudulent content including fabricated calculations or falsified compliance reports;
• Submit content violating any applicable law, including Qatar Cybercrime Law (Law No. 14 of 2014);
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract AI model weights, system prompts, or proprietary logic;
• Use automated bots or scrapers to access the Platform in an unauthorised manner;
• Share, resell, or sublicense Platform access without written authorisation from ASDD Concept;
• Use the Platform for weapons development, harmful processes, or activities threatening public safety;
• Upload malicious code or content designed to disrupt Platform functionality.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

• ASAS AI may produce errors, outdated information, or outputs not reflecting the current version of a standard;
• Standards references (QCS, Ashghal, Kahramaa, ISO, BS, IEC, FIDIC, etc.) are for guidance only — always consult the official published version;
• ASAS AI is not a substitute for professional engineering judgement, site investigation, or formal design review;
• The User bears sole professional and legal responsibility for any engineering decision made based on Platform outputs.

ASDD Concept and its affiliates expressly disclaim all liability for any loss or consequence arising from reliance on AI-generated content.

Intellectual Property

Platform IP. The Platform — including design, code, branding, system prompts, and engineering knowledge base — is the exclusive intellectual property of ASDD Concept L.L.C., protected under Qatar Law No. 7 of 2002 on Copyright and international treaties.

Your Content. You retain ownership of all Content you submit. By submitting Content, you grant ASDD Concept a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process it solely for Platform service delivery, subject to our Privacy Policy.

AI Outputs. Outputs generated in response to your queries are provided for your professional use. ASDD Concept does not claim copyright over AI responses but provides no warranty as to accuracy or fitness for purpose.

User Content & Data

By submitting Content, you represent that you own or have the necessary rights to that Content; it does not infringe third-party intellectual property; it does not contain confidential client data without necessary permissions; and it complies with all applicable laws. Conversation history is stored to enable session continuity and may be deleted at any time through your account settings.

Confidentiality

ASDD Concept treats your Content and usage data with confidentiality, subject to the Privacy Policy. Content is processed by Anthropic’s Claude API as part of AI response generation — Anthropic’s own privacy terms apply to this layer. ASDD Concept does not sell your Content or personal data for advertising purposes.

Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with Anthropic (Claude API) for AI inference, WooCommerce / WordPress for subscription management, and payment processors for secure billing. ASDD Concept is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these third-party services.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Qatar law, ASDD Concept’s total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim. ASDD Concept shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ASDD Concept L.L.C., its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from: your use of the Platform; Content you submit; your violation of these Terms; your violation of applicable law; or any engineering decision made based on Platform outputs.

Termination

By You. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and submitting a deletion request. No refund of prepaid fees is provided.

By ASDD Concept. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, as required by applicable law, or if we discontinue the Platform. Sections 7, 8, 12, 13, and 15 survive termination.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Disputes shall be subject to good-faith negotiation. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Doha, Qatar.

Amendments to These Terms

ASDD Concept may modify these Terms at any time. We will update the “Last Updated” date and notify registered users at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
