(“we“, “our“, “us“) collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data in connection with the ASAS AI platform at ai.asddconcept.com, in accordance with Qatar Law No. 13 of 2016 on the Protection of Personal Data Privacy and Qatar Cybercrime Prevention Law No. 14 of 2014.
Your privacy matters to us. We do not sell your personal data. We do not display advertising. ASAS AI is a professional tool — your engineering work and conversations are your own.

Legal Basis for Processing
Under Qatar Law No. 13 of 2016, we process your personal data on the following bases:

- Legitimate interests — security monitoring, fraud prevention, and aggregate analytics;
- Legal obligation — complying with applicable Qatari law and regulatory obligations;
- Consent — for optional communications such as newsletters, which you may withdraw at any time.
Data Sharing & Disclosure
ASDD Concept does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share data only with service providers bound by contract:

AI Processing & Anthropic
ASAS AI is powered by Claude (Anthropic, PBC). When you send a message or upload a file, that content is transmitted to Anthropic’s API for processing.
Transparency: Your conversations are sent to Anthropic for AI processing. We recommend reviewing Anthropic’s Privacy Policy. Conversation history is stored in ASDD Concept’s own database — Anthropic only receives the content of each individual API call.
- ASDD Concept uses prompt caching at Anthropic’s infrastructure to improve performance and reduce costs;
- You should avoid submitting classified or export-controlled data unless you have assessed compliance with your confidentiality obligations;
- ASDD Concept does not use your conversation data to train AI models.

Data Security
- Encryption in transit — TLS 1.2+ for all data transmitted to and from the Platform;
- Encrypted storage — sensitive data including API keys stored encrypted at rest;
- Password hashing — bcrypt hashing; passwords never stored in plain text;
- Access controls — database access restricted to authorised personnel only;
- CSRF protection — all AJAX requests protected against cross-site request forgery;
- Regular updates — Platform software kept current to address known vulnerabilities.

International Data Transfers
When you use the Platform, your data may be transferred to the United States via Anthropic’s Claude API infrastructure. We take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards including contractual data processing agreements. By using the Platform, you consent to these transfers as necessary for service delivery.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
ASDD Concept may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last Updated” date and notify registered users at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
